Brian Goldie

Partner

Brian provides expertise and insights having led the introduction and commercialization of some of the most successful and innovative new compounds within hematology & oncology. His knowledge gained by leading multiple brand teams and directing lifecycle management processes provides his clients with direction and insights that help drive success.   


His cross-functional experience and direct approach to customer focus drive execution. As an experienced executive, he has been responsible for delivering department and corporate financial targets, ensuring effective resource allocation, and leading and delivering effective strategic planning initiatives and outcomes. Brian brings the experience and insights that come with establishing a best-in-class commercial organization.

 

Wayne Childs

Partner

With Wayne’s depth and breadth as a senior business leader, he provides his clients unique pharma expertise and is a key strategist in hematology/oncology, rare disease, and specialty business. He has become a trusted advisor enhancing commercial and leadership development through innovative training and learning interventions and mentoring. 


Wayne also is involved in key account initiatives with hospital buying groups (GPO's) and hospitals in both providing strategic advice as well as the tactical implementation of initiatives for his clients. Most of Wayne’s practice over the last 15 years as a consultant has been supporting companies looking to manage the lifecycle of their products, both from launch to loss of exclusivity. He has also been involved as an expert witness for the Federal Court in a Section 8 legal case in the Oncology field.

 

Genny Coe

Director

Having spent over 18 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, working with a variety of specialty and primary care products, Genny draws from her breadth of experience as both a consultant and employee within the industry. 


From her years of experience in marketing and training. Genny realizes the value of having trusted suppliers who are dedicated to partnering with her clients in achieving their goals and is committed to providing exceptional outcomes by going above and beyond.

 

Michael Girdler

Director

Michael has more than 25 years of business experience. He began his sales career in the Pharmaceutical industry, selling in both OTC and Pharma markets. He then moved into Marketing where he was responsible for developing strategic and tactical approaches to support the launch of programs, and products. He was also a managing partner of a Pharmaceutical communications company where he was able to combine his sales and marketing with training and development and communications experience to meet his client’s needs. 


Michael attained his PMP (Project Management Institute) designation, and also LEAN certification, and for the past 10 years, he has helped people and organizations increase their efficiency and realize success through the completion of on-time, on budget, to scope, projects.
